Selling online is mostly a speed and trust problem. If your product pages crawl on a phone, if shipping costs appear only at the last step, or if adding a product means calling someone, you are paying for a store that turns buyers away. I build and fix WooCommerce stores for West Palm Beach businesses, and I measure the result in completed checkouts rather than in page views.
I start where the money leaks: the product page, the cart, and the checkout. Those three screens get measured on a real phone on a real connection before anything is redesigned. Then I rebuild the catalogue structure, the payment and shipping setup, and the admin screens your staff actually use, so adding a product or running a sale is something you do yourself on a Tuesday afternoon.

Local context — West Palm Beach
WebsitesforWestPalmBeachbusinesses
West Palm Beach has drawn a steady stream of finance and professional firms over the past few years, and they sit alongside luxury real estate, the equestrian season in Wellington, and a well-funded arts and nonprofit sector. Much of the audience is seasonal and skews older, which puts real weight on credibility, accessibility and pages that work without a fast connection.
Selling online in West Palm Beach tends to mean higher prices and fewer, more considered purchases — equestrian equipment through the Wellington season, luxury retail, event and gala tickets. At those prices the checkout has to look like it belongs to a serious business: clear return and shipping terms before payment, a path that works for an older buyer who would rather not create an account, and a phone number visible on every step for the ones who would rather just call.
Who I build for in West Palm Beach
Finance, wealth management and legalCopy is often reviewed before it is published, so the site has to present credentials and scope precisely and keep contact paths appropriate for sensitive inquiries.
Luxury real estate and equestrianThe audience arrives in season and researches from elsewhere the rest of the year, so large imagery has to load fast and property or facility pages have to stand alone.
Medical and dental practicesAn older patient base makes legible type, strong contrast and a simple booking path more important than visual novelty.
Arts, nonprofits and eventsEvent calendars, ticketing and donation links need to be current and accessible, because the audience spans every age and device.

04 — Questions
Commonquestions
01Our audience skews older. Can the site be built for that?
Yes, and it is worth being deliberate about. Type sizes and contrast are set to meet WCAG AA at minimum, tap targets are large enough to hit reliably, and the site works with a screen reader or keyboard alone. None of that makes it look dated.
02Can we meet in person in West Palm Beach?
When it helps, yes. Most West Palm Beach projects run remotely by video call and email, and I can travel over for a kickoff or a launch review. I am based on the other coast, so in-person time is planned rather than ad hoc.
03Can you move my products from Shopify, Wix or Squarespace?
Yes. Products, variations, images, customers and past orders come across, and the old product URLs are redirected so the pages that already rank keep their place. That part overlaps with my migration work.
04Can my staff add products without breaking the design?
That is the point of the build. Product and page editing is set up so the layout holds whatever your team types, and you get a short recorded walkthrough of the screens they will actually use.
05What does an e-commerce build cost?
Quoted after a short call, as a fixed price for a defined scope. Catalogue size and how clean your current product data is are what move the number, so I ask about both up front.
