Selling online is mostly a speed and trust problem. If your product pages crawl on a phone, if shipping costs appear only at the last step, or if adding a product means calling someone, you are paying for a store that turns buyers away. I build and fix WooCommerce stores for Fort Myers businesses, and I measure the result in completed checkouts rather than in page views.
I start where the money leaks: the product page, the cart, and the checkout. Those three screens get measured on a real phone on a real connection before anything is redesigned. Then I rebuild the catalogue structure, the payment and shipping setup, and the admin screens your staff actually use, so adding a product or running a sale is something you do yourself on a Tuesday afternoon.
01WooCommerce build or rescue, on a theme your team can edit safely
02Product, category and search pages tuned for phones first
03Checkout rebuilt to cut steps and show shipping and tax early
04Payments, shipping zones, tax and receipts configured and test-ordered end to end
05Product import or clean-up, including variations, images and stock levels
06Conversion tracking for add-to-cart, checkout and completed orders
Local context — Fort Myers
WebsitesforFortMyersbusinesses
Fort Myers businesses compete for seasonal visitors and a fast-growing year-round population at the same time. Contractors, medical practices, restaurants, and marine services here usually need a site that ranks for neighborhood searches across Lee County, loads quickly on a phone, and makes calling or booking a single tap.
A Fort Myers store usually sells to two different people: the regular who already knows the shop, and the winter visitor searching from a rental on Fort Myers Beach who has never heard of you. The catalogue has to work for both, which means search and categories that make sense without local knowledge, real stock levels, and a local-pickup option that saves a boat-parts customer the shipping. Checkout is rebuilt to show tax and shipping before the last step, because that is where out-of-town buyers abandon.
Who I build for in Fort Myers
Medical and dental practicesPatients compare reviews, insurance details, and appointment availability on a phone, so the site needs clear service pages and a booking path that takes two taps.
Contractors and home servicesHomeowners search by trade and neighborhood, so each service and area needs its own page and a quote form that asks only what you actually need.
Restaurants and hospitalityMenus, hours, and directions have to be current and readable on a phone, especially in winter when visitor searches peak.
Marine and boating servicesBoaters search for specific services along the Caloosahatchee and the Gulf, so service-area pages and fast mobile pages win the call.

04 — Questions
Commonquestions
01Can we meet in person in Fort Myers?
Yes. Most of the work runs remotely, which keeps costs down, but I am based in Southwest Florida and glad to meet in Fort Myers for a kickoff or launch review when it helps.
02Will my site stay online during hurricane season?
Yes, as long as it is hosted outside the region. I set sites up on cloud hosting with servers elsewhere, so a power or internet outage at your office does not take the site down, and I show your team how to post closure or reopening notices from a phone.
03Do I have to use WooCommerce?
No, but for most Fort Myers businesses it is the cheapest place to land. You own the store, there is no per-sale platform fee, and the people who can work on it are everywhere. If you are better served by Shopify I will say so rather than sell you a build.
04My store is slow once I add products. Can that be fixed?
Usually, yes, and usually without a rebuild. Slow catalogues are normally a hosting, image and query problem rather than a theme problem. The audit says which, and you get the fix quoted separately from any redesign.
05Can you move my products from Shopify, Wix or Squarespace?
Yes. Products, variations, images, customers and past orders come across, and the old product URLs are redirected so the pages that already rank keep their place. That part overlaps with my migration work.
